Biography:
Walter McCarthy joined the firm in August 2016 and is a principal of the firm. Walter’s practice focuses on transactional and corporate matters, as well as estate planning, real estate, and banking and finance. Prior to joining the firm, Walter attended law school in Albany, NY and worked for GE Ventures, American National, and the Office of the New York State Attorney General: Real Property Bureau.
Walter is recognized by The Best Lawyers in America: Ones to Watch for his work in Real Estate Law. He has also been recognized by Super Lawyers since 2021 in its list of New England Rising Stars for his work in Business and Corporate Law.
