Biography:
Hannah joined the firm as an associate in February 2021 and is a principal of the firm. Her practice focuses primarily on civil litigation, serving business and individual clients in both state and federal court. Hannah has significant experience litigating complex commercial matters, including cases involving the False Claims Act, in which she has represented both whistleblowers and corporations. In addition, Hannah has significant experience working on employment matters and has represented both employees and employers in a variety of proceedings in state court, federal court, and before the State agencies. She has also represented victims of sexual assault in various proceedings, including Title IX proceedings at universities.
Prior to joining the firm, Hannah served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Dennis Jacobs, United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit, and to the Honorable John G. Koeltl, United States District Court for the Southern District of New York. Hannah also previously worked as an attorney for two large law firms in New York City.
Hannah graduated magna cum laude and Order of the Coif from New York University School of Law, where she was a Pomeroy Scholar (top ten in her class after the first year) and served as Articles Editor on the Law Review. Hannah received her B.A. from Middlebury College.
In 2022, Hannah was recognized as a Best Lawyers: One to Watch in Commercial Litigation.
