Sheehey Furlong & Behm P.C. is delighted to announce that Brian Creech has joined the firm as Of Counsel.
Brian’s practice focuses on civil litigation—representing both plaintiffs and defendants—with particular emphasis on landlord/tenant matters, property and contract disputes, and collections. He also counsels businesses, property owners, homeowners’ associations, and cooperatives on operational matters and real estate transactions, and maintains an active estate planning and probate practice.
Brian earned his J.D. from Vermont Law School in 2005, where he competed in the Moot Court Competition and served on the Moot Court Advisory Board, and his B.A. in Political Science from Western Carolina University in 2001. He brings more than two decades of legal experience to the firm, including fourteen years in private practice at Doremus Kantor & Zullo, a year with Legal Services Vermont, and earlier work at several prominent firms in Washington, D.C.
Brian is admitted to practice in Vermont and before the United States District Court for the District of Vermont.
