Heather Ross is a seasoned litigator with a wide range of civil litigation experience over her thirty years of practice and a certificate in mediation practices from Harvard Law School. She has represented parties on both sides of legal disputes giving her valuable insight into the unique interests of each party. Known for her strategic thinking and creative problem-solving, Heather leverages her trial experience, training, and practical judgment to assist parties in assessing the strengths and weaknesses of their cases and finding innovative solutions to break deadlocks. Whether the case is highly complex, emotionally charged, or somewhere in between, Heather has the background and tenacity to assist the parties reach their goals in a respectful environment.
