Tammy Lance joined Sheehey Furlong & Behm in 2018 as an administrative assistant. In 2026 Tammy was promoted to a Legal Assistant/Paralegal role. Prior to joining the firm, Tammy worked for another prominent Burlington law firm for over 29 years. Tammy received an associate degree from Lyndon State College and a bachelor’s from Castleton University. Tammy has extensive knowledge and experience in transactional law, real estate transactions, and foreclosures as well as estate planning.
