Ryan F. Addario
Legal Administrative Assistant
Ryan joined the firm in January 2026 as a legal assistant after spending a few years as an independent communications and fundraising consultant for a wide variety of organizations and political candidates. Prior to that, he worked in the non-profit sphere on causes such as affordable housing, domestic violence advocacy, and the arts, in addition to his work as a freelance dance instructor and choreographer. He currently serves as Chair of the Burlington Democratic Party and Board Vice President of Montpelier Performing Arts Hub.
Ryan holds a Bachelor’s Degree in American Studies from Wells College, and is currently preparing for law school. He lives in downtown Burlington with his husband, Nicholas, and their dog, Lincoln.
