Biography: 

Maria Gamache joined the firm as a litigation associate in September 2025.  Her practice includes both civil and criminal matters.

Maria graduated from the University of Vermont with a Bachelor of Science in Public Communication in 2019, and magna cum laude from Albany Law School as a member of the honorary legal society of Justinian with a Juris Doctor in 2024.

Maria has experience in both plaintiff and defense-side litigation.  She has contributed to enforcement at the New York State Office of the Medicaid Inspector General, employment defense in front of the National Labor Relations Board, criminal defense at the Chittenden County Public Defender’s Office, and plaintiff-side health care litigation at Vermont Legal Aid.

In her free time, Maria enjoys sailing, skiing, and cooking.
