Biography: 

James Dunne joined the firm in May of 2024 in the role Of Counsel. James is a transactional attorney with more than 15 years of in-house and private practice experience providing strategic legal advice to internal and external clients on commercial and corporate transactions. His practice primarily focuses on commercial real estate transactions, including sales and acquisitions, leasing, construction and development, and project finance.

Prior to joining the firm, James served as Associate General Counsel to a large construction company and was a partner in a law firm in New Orleans, Louisiana.
