Biography:
Brian joined Sheehey in February 2026 and is Of Counsel at the firm. His practice primarily focuses on civil litigation (plaintiff and defense), including evictions (both residential and commercial), property disputes, contract disputes, and collections, counseling businesses, property owners, homeowners’ associations, and cooperatives in day-to-day operational concerns, and transactional matters, including real estate transactions (commercial and residential). He also practices estate planning and represents clients in probate court matters, including estate and trust administration (both uncontested and contested).
Brian graduated from Vermont Law School 2005. During law school, he competed in the Moot Court Competition and served on the Moot Court Advisory Board. Brian earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Western Carolina University, graduating in 2001.
