On June 25, 2015, Sheehey partner Ian Carleton presented at a seminar on advanced trial tactics sponsored by the National Business Institute. Mr. Carleton spoke alongside prominent Vermont trial attorneys Kerry DeWolfe and Marc Heath, discussing effective cross-examination, jury instructions, and closing arguments. He also led a round table discussion about litigation tactics.
Mr. Carleton joined Sheehey in 2003 and is a principal of the firm. He is a 1999 graduate of Yale Law School and has extensive experience litigating both civil and criminal cases in state and federal court.
