Heather’s thirty years of experience in civil litigation gives her the background to provide creative solutions to challenging legal disputes. In 2025, she completed an in-depth mediation course through Harvard Law School, which has given her additional tools to bring to dispute resolution. “I have always enjoyed the idea of working with parties and their counsel to find new and creative options to break deadlocks or narrow disputes,” commented Heather.
