Sheehey attorney Daphne Moritz will give a presentation on legal ethics as they relate to guardianships at a CLE on September 21, 2016 entitled “Guardianships from Start to Finish.” The CLE will be held at the Best Western Inn and Conference Center in South Burlington, Vermont and will offer 6 hours of credit, including 1 hour of ethics credit. Daphne joined Sheehey earlier this year and she is of counsel to the firm. She primarily practices in the areas of Estates and Trusts and Elder Law, and she is president elect of the Vermont Chapter of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA). She is also a member of the Thompson Senior Center Board in Woodstock. Daphne practices primarily out of the firm’s Woodstock office.
