Sheehey Furlong & Behm P.C. is pleased to announce that Arline P. Duffy has become a shareholder and director of the firm. Duffy, whose practice focuses on transactional and corporate matters, as well as estate planning and regulatory compliance, has been with the firm since 2009.
Prior to returning to Vermont, Duffy was an attorney in the Office of the Vice President and General Counsel for the George Washington University and prior to law school spent fourteen years in higher education administration. She earned her J.D. with honors from the George Washington University and holds a Master’s Degree in Counseling from the University of Maryland College Park and an undergraduate degree from the University of Vermont.
